My furnace broke down on a Tuesday morning. My friend recommended I call Reinhardt Heating & Air. I called that morning, Josh came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate on a new furnace. It was discovered my AC unit was on borrowed time as well. My estimate for both a new furnace and AC unit was about the same price to what Morris Jenkins quoted for a furnace alone. Josh said it would be a few days to get equipment and we scheduled an install date 4 days later. His team showed up at 8:00am sharp (it was raining!) and installed everything by 2:00p. The Reinhardt team was honest, efficient, on-time, polite, courteous, and extremely reasonably priced. I’m a Morris Jenkins Priority customer only because they installed my upstairs unit 5 years ago. I’ll be cancelling their service and calling Reinhardt for every and all maintenance and future install needs. The entire team was great! Highly, Highly recommend Reinhardt Heating & Air.

We had a nightmare recently. It’s Friday before Labor Day, and we have a house full of guests arriving in less than 8 hours, the temps are in the mid 90’s, and our AC unit decided it was a good time to fail. The house was an oven!! One call to Reinhardt Heating and Air, and problem solved. Danny was at our house within a few hours, Danny figured out what was going on, and put a short term fix in place to get us thru the weekend, with a cool house in very hot weather. Danny was amazing, after the weekend he fixed the problem for the long run, and at a price that was more than fair. Amazing prompt and friendly service. Danny saved us.

Bradlee from Reinhardt came first thing in the morning, after our A/C went out a couple nights prior and we called to schedule a repair date. He was able to quickly diagnose the issues with our unit and offer solutions to repair the issues. As well as provided tips for smoother running system. Our unit was working so well immediately and cooled the house down right away. Aside from doing a great job, Bradley was very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Such a pleasant young man. Reinhardt installed a mini split for us a few years back. I found an issue with the install last weekend but it was obviously outside of my warranty period. Dean was reassuring that they would come take care of it. Bradlee came out and did an awesome job fixing the issue and cleaning the unit up.
